Sexual orientation & gender identity sub-group

The goals of the Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity Sub-group are to:

  • Foster community among sexual and gender minority researchers who conduct reviews
  • Increase methodological expertise related to sexual and gender minority reviews, including attention to search strategies, critical appraisal, meta-analysis, and meta-synthesis
  • Raise awareness of existing sexual and gender minority systematic reviews, scoping studies, and evidence maps

Despite the growth in this field, there are no Campbell systematic reviews related to sexual and gender minorities. The current circumstances provide an exciting opportunity to focus on sexual and gender minorities, including lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, intersex, and Two-Spirit individuals and communities.
