All are welcome to come eat lunch and hear Vivian Welch, Editor in Chief of the Campbell Collaboration, and Christine Matthew of Bruyère Research Institute speak on mapping evidence gaps in social policy.
Dr. Vivian Welch will describe evidence mapping initiatives by the Campbell Collaboration and its partners in the areas of international development, social policy and crime and justice. These interactive maps are developed to rapidly scope literature to inform decisions about social policy and identify gaps in the evidence base. She will also describe how these maps are used to commission research to fill gaps. Christine Mathew will describe a case of an ongoing evidence and gap map on aging.
