Title proposal: The process of producing a Campbell Collaboration systematic review starts with the presentation of a clear idea in the form of a proposal. We will need to ensure that no one else is working on a similar project in order to avoid duplication of work. If the title proposal is accepted, we will publish it in our library and you will be asked to develop a protocol.
Protocol: The next stage is to develop a project plan – the project’s protocol. In this process, we will clarify agreements about how the Campbell Collaboration can support this specific project.

Review: After the protocol is accepted and published in our library, the work of producing the review itself begins. We will support the work according to the agreements made in the previous stages.

Publishing the review: After the review is accepted, we will make sure that the review is presented in the Campbell design and that it includes all the information necessary for our electronic journal. When this is done, it will be published officially in the online Campbell Library and can be freely distributed as per our open access policy.
The promotion of the review is a responsibility shared between the authors, the supporting institutions and Campbell. Typically, we will write about the completed review on our website in our newsletters and do other efforts to promote the review depending on capacity. Through the network of our Users’ Group, we will normally try to develop a user abstract, which is a summary of the review written in easily accessible language.
