More than 300 researchers, students, policy makers, police officers and others participated in the Campbell Collaboration's first joint Symposium with the Centre for Evidence-Based Crime Policy at George Mason University (GMU). The event took place at GMU on Monday 15 August and Tuesday 16 August. Monday was devoted to training workshops, and Tuesday featured panels on systematic reviews, an awards lunch, and a plenary session addressing the question “Has research made a difference, and what is the evidence?”
The Campbell Collaboration would like to thank all those who made this event a success, especially the participants.
