Funding for two Campbell Systematic Reviews on topics related to policing are currently being offered by the National Policing Improvement Agency (NPIA), and administered through the Center for Evidence Based Crime Policy (CEBCP) at George Mason University.

Unlike the solicitation released earlier this year, this request for proposals (RFP) is requesting proposals for specific topics within the policing literature. A research grant of up to $50,000 is available for each of the following topics:

  • A systematic review on the effect of interview and interrogation methods on investigation outcomes.
  • A systematic review of the research on crime displacement and diffusion of crime prevention benefits resulting from geographically focused police initiatives

The systematic reviews will be required to follow the Campbell Collaboration process for review development and review approval. All proposals are due by September 11, 2009.

Please read the attached RFP for more information on how to apply.
