CCJG receives funding from NPIA
The Campbell Collaboration Crime and Justice Group has received a grant
of $420,000 (£297,000) from the UK's National Policing Improvement
Agency (NPIA), led by CCJG Steering Committee member Peter Neyroud.
The grant has been provided for the production of four systematic
reviews and two exploratory reviews on policing-related topics, to be
delivered by June 2010. The review topics will be agreed upon by CCJG
and NPIA. In addition, the funding will provide assistance for review
teams to present their findings, possibly at a mini-conference
organized by NPIA.
The Crime and Justice Group is extremely grateful to NPIA and Peter
Neyroud for this generous award, which will facilitate the expansion of
the Campbell Collaboration Library and make an important contribution
to knowledge in evidence-based policing.
