Consultation on methodology
Are you working on a Campbell systematic review and in need of consultation regarding a specific methodology? The Methods Group can provide advice on the following topics:
- Information retrieval (e.g., literature searching, publication bias)
- Study coding (e.g., category construction, coder reliability)
- Judging research quality
- Effect size estimation
- Data synthesis (e.g., models of error, missing data)
- Research design (e.g., random vs. quasi-experimental designs, place-based random assignment)
- Economic Methods (e.g., incorporating cost data into systematic reviews)
- Process and implementation (e.g., incorporating implementation data into systematic reviews)
- Training in research synthesis
Send an e-mail indicating the area of your research synthesis concern to the Methods Group Co-Chairs: Peter Tugwell (care of Erin Morris, emorris@uottawa.ca) and Terri Piggot (tpigott@luc.edu).
