The Campbell Collaboration

The Cochrane Collaboration

Archie Cochrane The Campbell Collaboration was inspired by the success of its older sibling, the Cochrane Collaboration in health care. Named after the late epidemiologist Archie Cochrane, the Cochrane Collaboration was created in 1993 to prepare, maintain and make accessible systematic reviews of research on the effects of health care interventions. It is now widely recognized as the single best source of evidence on the effectiveness of health care and medical treatments.
